I show parts of exerpts from 2 U.S. Department of Health, Welfare, and Education issued documents (PDF files) in this!

"How to Implement Change" by Clyde W. Hall. (I found that PDF file through a search on google.com)

Go to the Educational Resources and Information Center website: eric.ed.gov I found the "Training for Change Agents" manual, by Ronald G. Havelock, by searching for it on ERIC.

You can read through those papers at your own pace!
